COVID CERTIFICATE
If you want to attend the event you must show the Certificate that confirms your vaccination against COVID-19. In case you are not fully vaccinated, you must prove that have tested negative.

FACE-COVERINGS
As part of safety measures, we are asking everyone to wear masks regardless of vaccination status, wearing a mask helps prevents the spread of respiratory viruses. With this in mind, Gdansk Convention Bureau will require all hosted buyers and exhibitors to wear a mask during the event. Anyone who ignores the policy will be asked to leave the venue. 

HAND SANITAZER STATIONS
We will have hand washing facilities and/or sanitizing systems easily accessible to everyone throughout the event.

SPACING MEASURES
Social distancing practices will be implemented according to all venue, local and state guidelines.

NO CONTACT POLICY
To assist in minimizing potential physical contact, elbow bumps are a great alternative to handshakes. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY SIGNAGE
Signage will be placed to remind all attendees to social distance and frequently wash and sanitize their hands.

COVID TESTING
To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please do not attend in-person.
